General sales conditions

The sale of Eiteco’s products is regulated by the General sales Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions are considered accepted without reservation by the buyer. Furthermore the General Conditions of Sale will be a priority application of the general conditions of the buyer.

Eiteco reserves the right to update and/or modify the content of these General Conditions of Sale at any time without notice, so the buyer is recommended to verify it regulary.

1- Generals

EITECO reserves the right to modify measures and descriptions of the products without notice in order to improve the technical characteristics. These are approximates.The images shown may differ slightly from reality. EITECO is not responsible for any problems caused by possible errors in the measurements, data or photographs that may appear in this catalog.

2- Prices

Current rates will apply on the date of receipt of order (V.A.T. and W.E.E.E. tax are not included).

3- Samples

All samples of our products that are requested to be made by order and be billed. In case of return and the samples are in perfect condition, the invoiced amount will be paid. Otherwise, it proceeds to its billing.

4- Delivery

The estimated delivery time will be communicated by EITECO at the time of acceptance of the order and always will be a guide. The delays that may exist not imply the cancellation of the order or the charging of penalties.

5- Transport

The goods’ transport is done through our usual transport agency. You may request transportation through other agencies with previous notice. Check for shipments outside the peninsula.

6- Returns

From the time of the goods reception, the customer will have 24 hours to notify EITECO any claim for differences in quantities, quality or other defects of the goods. Claims arising from the defects caused by the transit agency will also have to be reported within 24 hours, as is the maximum allowed by the insurance agencies. After this period it means that the goods have been received to customer satisfaction.

No changes or refunds of special materials manufactured on request be accepted. No return of goods has not previously been communicated and accepted in writing by EITECO be made. Returns should be made by paid carriage.

7- Guarantee

All lighting products supplied by EITECO, are guaranteed of any manufacturing defect.

During the warranty period, will be repaired products that do not work correctly under normal circumstances and normal applications. Any additional costs that may be incurred will be previously communicated and negotiated for consideration and possible resolution.

The warranty is void if the product is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or negligence and improper handling by the user during installation or replacement.

Ensuring EITECO not responsible for other expenses arising from the installation of the products or any other direct or indirect damage or injury.

The standard warranty is two years from the date of delivery, refer to the extension of the guarantee period.

8- Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, they are considered competent the Courts of Castellon, giving the buyer to their own jurisdiction in accordance with Article 55 of the L.E.C.

9- Entry into force

January 1, 2016
